About Highly Likely
Practical systems.
Built around real work.
Highly Likely is a Lexington-based AI implementation practice. We connect business systems, build useful tools, and automate repetitive work—with the people who run the business still in control.
01 / The practice
A technology partner
for the work behind the business.
We help established businesses improve the recurring work that gets stuck between spreadsheets, documents, inboxes, and disconnected tools.
The work can include organizing company knowledge, building a custom quoting or document workflow, connecting existing systems, or automating a repetitive handoff. Every engagement is shaped around the business’s actual rules, exceptions, and responsibilities.
Based in Lexington, we work with Kentucky businesses and teams further afield.
02 / How we work
Find it. Build it.
Keep improving.
We begin with a paid diagnostic to understand the workflow, the people involved, and what a useful improvement would need to accomplish.
Then we build and test a focused solution with the team who will use it. When ongoing work makes sense, improvements continue through a clearly scoped relationship.
03 / Founder
Chris Desmarais
Experience in AI.
Grounded in operations.
Chris’s work with AI began at IBM Watson in 2016 and continued through AI startups. He also runs operations at Marais Home, a retail shop and design studio in Lexington, where practical tools support quoting, inventory, vendor information, and order administration.
Highly Likely is founder-led, so clients work directly with Chris throughout the diagnostic, implementation, and improvement process.
